Treatment information, practitioner notes and aftercare often live in disconnected systems—or disappear after an appointment. The product needed to serve a professional workflow and a personal record without turning either into an administrative burden.

Create a shared product system in which practitioners can document care clearly and clients can keep a portable, useful history of their treatments.

Design two focused experiences around one connected record: Ricorda Studio for the practitioner workflow and Ricorda ID for the client. A shared language, component system and data model keep both sides coherent.

Studio supports appointments, treatment documentation, consent and aftercare. ID gives clients a personal passport that makes their history easier to revisit and share when appropriate.

A Flutter application suite shares design and domain components, with a React website and administrative surface connected through Firebase services.
